Краткая биография
Масленников В.В. в 1980 г. окончил Свердловский горный институт по специальности “Геологическая съемка, поиски и разведка месторождений полезных ископаемых”.
В Ильменском государственном заповеднике и затем в Институте минералогии УрО РАН он работает с 1986 г. в Лаборатории прикладной минералогии и минерагении (ныне – Лаборатория минералогии рудогенеза). В 1983 г. поступил в аспирантуру, которую успешно закончил в 1986 г. защитой диссертации “Стратиграфо-литологический контроль медно-колчеданных руд” с присуждением степени кандидата геолого-минералогических наук. В 1997 г. защищает диссертацию “Седиментогенез, гальмиролиз и экогенез колчеданоносных палеогидротермальных полей” с присуждение степени доктора геолого-минералогических наук.
Основным направлением научных исследований является изучение минералогии рудных фаций колчеданных месторождений, создание минералого-геохимической теории литогенеза сульфидных, оксидно-железистых и марганцовистых металлоносных отложений колчеданоносных гидротермальных полей современных и древних океанов.
Научный интерес Масленникова В.В., связан с развитием многостадийной модели минералообразования в сульфидно-углеродистых отложениях золоторудных месторождений-гигантов, изучением минералогии и геохимии древних и современных «черных курильщиков» и сопутствующей биоминерализации.
Масленников В.В. – специалист в области геологии, минералогии, литологии и геохимии рудных месторождений. Автор и соавтор 368 научных публикаций. За последние пять лет им опубликовано 112 научных работ, в том числе 4 монографии и 24 статьи в рецензируемых российских и международных журналах.
Масленников В.В. принимает участие в подготовке научных кадров, по совместительству руководит кафедрой «Геология» на геологическом факультете Южно-Уральского государственного университета, где читает лекции по курсу “Геология месторождений полезных ископаемых”. Под его руководством защищены 2 кандидатские диссертации.
Масленников В.В. имеет опыт научно-организационной работы: с 1998 по 2008 г.г. являлся заместителем директора по научным вопросам Института минералогии УрО РАН. Масленников В.В. – организатор и координатор международных и российских научных проектов, направленных на решение проблем геологии и минералогии рудных месторождений.
Масленников В.В. – главный редактор журнала «Минералогия», член редколлегии журнала «Литосфера», член специализированного докторского совета Д 004.021.02, член международных геолого-минералогических обществ (SGA, SEG и IMМA).
Масленников В.В. – лауреат Премии Правительства РФ в области науки и техники (2004 г.), присужденной за работу «Создание научных основ развития рудной минерально-сырьевой базы Урала», лауреат международной награды В. In 1980, he graduated from the Sverdlovsk Mining Institute with a degree in Geological Survey, Prospecting and Exploration of Mineral Deposits. In the Ilmensky State Reserve and then at the Institute of Mineralogy, Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, he has been working since 1986 in the Laboratory of Applied Mineralogy and Minerageny (now the Laboratory of Mineralogy of Ore Genesis). In 1983 he entered the graduate school, which he successfully completed in 1986 with the defense of the thesis “Stratigraphic and lithological control of copper-pyrite ores” with the award of the degree of candidate of geological and mineralogical sciences. In 1997 he defended his thesis “Sedimentogenesis, halmyrolysis and ecological genesis of pyrite-bearing paleohydrothermal fields” with the award of the degree of Doctor of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences. The main direction of scientific research is the study of the mineralogy of ore facies of pyrite deposits, the creation of the mineralogical and geochemical theory of lithogenesis of sulfide, iron oxide and manganese metal bearing sediments of pyrite-bearing hydrothermal fields of modern and ancient oceans. The scientific interest of Maslennikov V.V. is associated with the development of a multistage model of mineral formation in the sulfide-carbon deposits of giant gold deposits, the study of mineralogy and geochemistry of ancient and modern “black smokers” and associated biomineralization. Maslennikov V.V. – Specialist in the field of geology, mineralogy, lithology and geochemistry of ore deposits. Author and co-author of 368 scientific publications. Over the past five years, he has published 112 scientific papers, including 4 monographs and 24 articles in peer-reviewed Russian and international journals. Maslennikov V.V. He takes part in the training of scientific personnel, part-time heads the department of “Geology” at the geological department of the South Ural State University, where he lectures on the course “Geology of mineral deposits”. Under his leadership 2 Ph.D. dissertations have been defended. Maslennikov V.V. Has experience in scientific and organizational work: from 1998 to 2008. He was Deputy Director for Science at the Institute of Mineralogy, Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Maslennikov V.V. – organizer and coordinator of international and Russian scientific projects aimed at solving the problems of geology and mineralogy of ore deposits. Maslennikov V.V. – Chief Editor of the Mineralogy Journal, member of the editorial board of the Lithosphere magazine, member of the specialized doctoral council D 004.021.02, member of the international geological and mineralogical societies (SGA, SEG and IMMA). Maslennikov V.V. – Laureate of the Government of the Russian Federation Prize in the field of science and technology (2004), awarded for his work “Creating the Scientific Basis for the Development of the Ore Mineral and Raw Material Base of the Urals”, winner of the international award of V.
